Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.

However, returns and exchanges may not be accepted in the following cases:

  • The item has been damaged or altered by the customer
  • Original packaging has been damaged or discarded
  • Custom-made or commissioned artworks
  • International orders returned due to change of mind

Artwork Disclaimer

Many artworks are handmade or limited edition pieces. Minor variations in texture, color, or detail are considered part of the artwork’s uniqueness and are not grounds for refund.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please provide:

  • Order name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return/refund
  • Photos of the item condition

Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

Approved refunds may take approximately 3–10 business days to appear depending on your payment provider or bank.
